Fuel Recovery

SWS Environmental Services has implemented a Fuel Recovery Fee based on the US Department of Energy national average diesel fuel cost.

On the first Tuesday of each month, our Fuel Recovery Fee will be set for all jobs billed for that month based on the average diesel fuel cost posted on the Department of Energy website from the prior Monday. The Department of Energy data can be found here: http://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/.

The surcharge will be applied to all fuel consuming equipment and to waste disposal. Charges quoted at “cost plus markup” will not be included, however vendor charges, including any vendor surcharges, will be charged with the negotiated markup.
